Oh yay! YAY! yay! Summer dresses! Oh nothing is more perfect then waking up, opening up your closet and just putting on a SUMMER DRESS, slipping on a pair of flats, a kickass bag and zooming out the door. This little lady was spotted at an evening event in a spot-on floral dress with an adorable cinched waist.
